Report Cards
With this newsletter you should be in receipt of your son’s or daughter’s first term report card. In general, our students continue to amaze with outstanding achievement, often balancing academic workload with numerous extra-curricular activities. If you have any questions or concerns about the report card, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate teacher(s). Sometimes it may also be appropriate to involve a school counselor or administrator if additional support is required.
Remembrance Day Assembly
Thank you to all involved in creating what was a memorable Remembrance Day assembly. The performances and speeches were thoughtful and reflective of the occasion. Special thank you to Sandra Justice and all those involved in organizing the event.
It’s Getting Cold!!
We are now approaching the season when inclement weather may affect the safety and
welfare of students. In particular, snowy weather has the potential to cause school closure or some School District 61 services to be suspended.
During inclement weather, information about schools will be updated continuously on the Greater Victoria School District 61 website at http://www.sd61.bc.ca/.
Within the Greater Victoria School District, the Superintendent of Schools will provide media outlets with information about the status of our facilities and transportation services by 6:30 a.m.
