The attached letter explains the reasons the pass was eliminated by the Victoria Regional Transit Commission.
Existing YouthPASSES will be honoured until the expiry date listed on the pass.
Students will continue to have access to BC Transit’s discounted, $45 monthly bus pass. The $45 monthly pass can be purchased from more than 150 bus pass vendors located within Greater Victoria.
