Thirty one Mount Doug students traveled to southern France over the Spring Break to experience French culture, Roman architecture, medieval castles and fantastic food. Students were hosted by students from our sister school in Avignon, Lycee Louis Pasteur, who will be coming to visit us next February.
Highlights of the trip included a boat trip on the Mediterranean in Marseilles to the Chateau d’If, roman ruins in Vaison les Romains, Orange, Nimes and Pont du Gard, amazing markets. swimming in the Mediterranean, going up the Eiffel tower in Paris, Versailles, experiencing the Mona Lisa and other art at the Louvre and so much more.
The next group trip is scheduled for March Break 2017!
