Well done to all the students who attended the 2015 South Vancouver Island Heritage Fair on May 1st. Your work and interviews left the judges impressed with your depth and breadth of knowledge. You were fantastic representatives of Mount Douglas and should be proud of your work.
A special congratulation goes to David Hiebert, Colin Johnson, Dayne Pettyjohn, and Lindsey Fredericksen. Dayne received honourable mention, while Colin and David were the winners of the Canada’s History Award. Lindsey won the United 
Empire Loyalists Award and will be going on to represent Mount Douglas at the BC Heritage Fair being held at UVic in July.
