SCIENCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR 2016
Mount Douglas has many exceptional students interested in pursuing science careers in their future. Many of these students are going to the Kwantlen Science Challenge on November 27-28 in Vancouver. Students may want to apply to do cancer research, work in genetics labs in universities across the country or intern in physics at Triumf!
Last year we had the top three results for secondary students at Science Fair and would like to have many more students involved in these personal research projects. There are also many community groups where students can volunteer in science related activities.
All of these opportunities are explained in more detail on the attached PDF. Please note the deadlines and application requirements for nominations for the Cancer Research and Triumf internships.
