There are two ways to obtain your high school transcripts:

From the Ministry of Education

You may obtain your transcripts or a copy of your diploma through the Ministry of Education website at www.bced.gov.bc.ca/transcript/. The order form is located under “Ordering Transcripts” and you are able to pay the $10.00 by credit card through their service.

From Mount Doug:

Please note:  The school office may be closed during Winter break, Spring Break, Professional Development days and during the summer – during these times please order your transcripts from the Ministry of Education (see above).

You may send a request to Mount Douglas during regular school days at mtdouginfo@sd61.bc.ca.  We are only able to accept payment by cheque or cash. If you wish to order them from the school please provide the following information:

• Name at Graduation
• Year of Graduation
• Phone number

For an official certified transcript the required fee is $10.00 CDN for one transcript, an additional $5.00 for the second and $2.00 for any additional transcripts after that payable by cash or cheque (payable to Mount Doug).
